Website design nice, simple and well designed. Downloads competitively fast and displays same in different browsers. But I have found a design problem - once I clicked an article link from left-navigation, article text loaded under “Preliminary People Search”, which is not visible without scrolling down. So I thought article links are deadlinks. I’m using 19″ screen, if I can’t see it, thousands of visitors, who are using less than that - won’t see anything. I think links should another page where article should load, in “Getting Started” place.

Here is some of my SEO and related observations.

• TITLE, Meta Keywords and Meta Descriptions exist almost all the pages. But article pages either don’t have description or not enough to describe the article. Homepage too much keywords, about 80 keywords (2000 characters). Same happened in some other pages as well.
• Images on the pages have either little or no ALT attributes. Attributes should reflect related keyword phrases. This is good for SEO - at least Matt Cutts recommend that.
• On the left navigation, images of the testimonials are large but they are scaled down. That’s whey are don’t look clear and bad for downloading time as well.
• Good number of pages are indexed in Google(225), Yahoo(53) and MSN(152), and there is a XML based sitemap. Hopefully that is submitted to Google, Yahoo and MSN webmasters tools.
• Both XHTML and CSS is valid according to their standards. Please check XHTML validation and CSS validation.
• Articles have a RSS feed, but feed is not valid, check here.
• Nice to see good Authority on Technorati(161), but only 6 pages are dug in Digg.com.
• Excellent amount backlinks - 156 backlinks from Google, 6,793 backlinks from Yahoo. Still owners should keep link building, one-way link is the best.
• I didn’t find 301 Redirect - that means to any search engine www.brandsite.org and brandsite.org are two different websites. As a result www.brandsite.org has 9,603 inbound links and brandsite.org has 9,581 inbound links. This problem can be solved changing setting from hosting control panel or changing .htacces file. • I can some search text under that US map, I guess those text will be converted into link in near future. Otherwise those will make confusion to visitors mind.
• If owners are keen to add some revenue through Adsense, they should place the ads block on top and match the content color scheme.

Once I visited their webite, my first concern was - the website is left aligned - kind of odd looking as half of the browser is empty at right side. Moreever, main body text container is little smaller as a result it is not aligned with the top navigation bar.

As a SEO consultant, I love the fact that they have less graphics and webpages are full of content. It’s always nice to have text - food for search engine bots! But color combination could be more attractive if some other colors are used - at the moment, it’s only Red(#EB0000) and Blue(#676ADE). Bottom part of the website is totally overlooked.

Now let’s talk about SEO Review:

• All the pages have same TITLE, Meta Keywords, Meta Description - that is totally overlooked or designer/developed don’t think that is important. Moreoever, TITLE is too long. I would advice to use different tags depending on the content and these tags should reflect the content of the page, not just targetted keyword phrases. • I didn’t find 301 Redirect - that means to any search engine www.emailrevealer.com and emailrevealer.com are two different websites. As a result www.emailrevealer.com has 2,256 inbound links and emailrevealer.com has 3,578 inbound links. Moreover, on the navigation bar, www.emailrevealer.com’s homepage is index.php - again there is drawback. www.emailrevealer.com has 45 backlinks, but even though www.emailrevealer.com/index.php is its homepage, it has only 2 backlinks. • I’ve found that PHPSESSID is attached with each url, containing session information, which can be removed to have better SEO result.
• 44 pages in Google, 56 pages in Yahoo! and 67 pages in MSN are indexed, but I can’t find any sitemap. However, I tried to create sitemap using my sitemap creator, but it stuck into infinite loop due to session id.
• CSS is valid according to the standards, but there are about 57 errors and 7 warnings in the homepage according to XHTML standards, check here.
• There is no shortcut to bookmark any article/page from the website to any social bookmarking website, as a result no page is book marked. So website is missing some traffic from social bookmarking website. Related reading: 22 Top DoFollow Social Bookmarking Websites - Get Quality Backlinks

Here is some of my observations:

• Links2Countries.com/ may have good presense in Google, but it have not impressed me with it’s theme and content. There is no problem in it’s content - but it’s dull too. Not much graphics, maps, images of the tourist spot available.
• Header banner smokes in background, how come it is related to travel!
• Travel theme should be light and colorful, but it is not. However it is simple to navigation.
• Right column is too totally waste - first block shows “Blogroll”, which is not related to this blog. Then it shows “Meta”, again it’s not relation too much. After that, it shows “Category”, but shows in drop-down menu - unless you click it … you never know what’s in it. It shows also number of spam blocked - no no no … that’s not needed. I would like to see categories in list-style, tag cloud, search option, latest comments’ post etc.
• It has XML type sitemap, hopefully they are submitted to Google, Yahoo or MSN webmasters tools. Relation reading - Do I need to submit Website Details to Search Engines?
• Links2Countries.com/ has Google PageRank 3, 83 pages in Google, 97 pages in Yahoo! and 237 pages in MSN are indexed.
• There is no short-cut to bookmark any article to any social bookmarking websites, and no page has been bookmarked yet. Related reading: 22 Top DoFollow Social Bookmarking Websites - Get Quality Backlinks
• All in One SEO Pack plugins is used, but sometimes keywords or description is missing.
• Pages; like Article Submission, Photo Gallery, Links Directory needs more attension, content and well-formation of meta tags.
• I would like to see more article per page (currently 2 pages) and short description for each article. So it will show more articles but reduce amount of scrolling.

I guess that’s enough to restart SEO process again and owner should keep optimize their site. Wish them all the best!

Wallpapers websites are little bit tricky in search engine optimization as they don’t have much text or content. So auther should be very careful about the script they have decided to work with and naming the categories, subcategories and title of them.

HDWallpapers.info is 4images - Image Gallery Management System. Script seems good to me. Theme looks a bit dull to me - I would love to see more colors, don’t think more graphics is need.

• Definitely Logo should be changed or enlarge - too small and shadow is almost invisible.
• Very little description is added for each category, I think owners should add more info - as it is the only space that they can add more text and leave some food for search engines
• TITLE, Meta Keywords, Meta Description is same for all the pages, I’m not sure script has optionsto add seperate meta tags for each page. If this feature is available, then owners should add seperate meta tags at least upto subcategory pages.
• I don’t think author should add seperate meta tag for every wallpaper - but they should put meaningful name for the wallpapers
• Nice to see it enlisted in dmoz.org
• One of the important settings is missing - Permanent redirect is not found. That means search engines might think hdwallpapers.info and www.hdwallpapers.info ar to different websites. For example, hdwallpapers.info seems to have 903 inbound links whereas www.hdwallpapers.info has 554 inbound links. By correctly configuring a permanent 301 redirect, the search rankings might improve as all inbound links are correctly counted for the website.

  It can be fix from hosting control panel settings or use of .htaccess changing

• I’ve not found any social bookmarking shortcuts, owners might be missing few social network traffic.
• Homepage has 31 errors and 5 warnings for XHTML, check details. Errors can be easily alterned; such as meta tags are not closed or atributs are not enclosed with quotation mark etc.
• Congratulations! CSS is valid, check details.
• HDWallpapers.info has only 4 backlinks in Google, seriously need to exchange links or do some link building.
• Nice to see just an ad block … i would like to see ad in different color or possible more slots.

DiagnosticoWeb.com has dark grey(#111111) theme with “Trebuchet MS” font. Layout is very simple, well presented and easy-to-navigate. We just loved the simplicity of the layout. On top manu, it has the main navigation links(buttons) and right-hand side, advertisement and external links.

DiagnosticoWeb.com is offering Domain data check, Internal PR check, Bulk PR check and Web-based FTP tools. Among the SEO tools, I perticularly like the Internal PR checking tool as it is very fast and shows a good number of internal page rank. All the tools are simple in design and well-instructed.

However, here is a list of our observations:

• TITLE, Meta Keywords and Meta Description is well formated and keyword phrases are nicely placed. Related reading: How to search best keyword phrase for search engine optimization?
• Heading (H1, H2) is well structured and website is designed on CSS framework and TABLEs are occationally used.
• Right-hand side external links are little bit confusing - as nowhere it is mentioned that they are external links. I would suggest to put a label that informs the visitors about them.
• “About Diagnosticoweb” and “Contact Me” buttons(links) are placed between the tools, I believe they should be either at the end or leave the “About Diagnosticoweb” at first place, but move “Contact Me” to the end.
• I like the Google Adsense placement but Ads background is Black(#000000), I believe changing it to Dark-Gray (#111111) will blend the ad with the website content and visitors will feel safe clicking them.
• All the pages have 11 shortcuts to different social bookmarking websites, most of them are not do-follow sites, I would suggest to add more do-follow bookmarking websites shortcuts. Related reading: 22 Top DoFollow Social Bookmarking Websites - Get Quality Backlinks
• It has only 1 baclinks from Google and 10 pages are indexed in Google. I can also find a XML sitemap - submitting it to Google, Yahoo and MSN webmaster’s tool will help indexing more pages.
• I would like to see a blog as an extension of the site - otherwise it will be hard to add more content to the website.
• It is only bookmarked 1 time in Digg, owner should bookmark more to get socail bookmarking based traffic.
• XHTML is not valid, though it has 105 errors and 8 warnings, it can validated very easily. Check here
• CSS is not valid, it has very simple 3 errors. Check here
• DiagnosticoWeb.com has scored moderate 71 out of 100 using WebsiteGrader.com Tool, all the factors are described nicely on the website. Following those instruction will make the website accessible and well placed in SERP. Check here
• This website is listed in ODP and has traffic ranking 456,062 in Alexa and monthly traffic ranking 744,567 from Compete.com

I hope DiagnosticoWeb.com site owner will add more SEO tools in near future and it will be a great website for the webmasters.

However, here is some points in terms of Website Review and SEO reports:

• Website is powered by Wordpress and has a simple and easy-to-navigate theme.
• Website is divided into Home, About(URL is spelt wrong - “abou”), Fixtures, Forum, Preview, Rumours, Squads, Stats, Table and Transfers.
• Website has covered almost everything from EPL and updated everyday.
• TITLE, META Keyowrds and META Description tags don’t exist or used properly. As a result search result for each article / page shows same description

• Only 57 pages are indexed in Google and I can find this website has a XML sitemap. Submitting this sitemap to Google Webmasters Tool, Yahoo Siteexplorer and Live Webmaster will ensure more pages to indexed in 3 major search engines. • Image ALT tags do not contain any related keywords or description
• XHTML is not validated, homepage has 25 errors. Most of the errors can be eliminated with a small tweaking. Check here
• It’s CSS has only 4 errors that can also be corrected easily. Check here
• There is no shortcut to bookmark any article or page to any social bookmarking website - so without browser toolbar addons, none can bookmark any interesting article. This website is loosing tons of real targetted traffic from different social bookmarking sites.
• TheMostBeautifulGame.com has scored just 26 out of 100 using WebsiteGrader tool - all the factors are described in brief here.
• Internal link destribution is not upto the mark - right-hand menu could be linked to related posts, teams and players. This will increase the number of indexed pages in different search engines.

HowRank.com has a collection of SEO Tools and a directory. It has SEO tools; like - Cost Per Click (CPC) calculator, Keyword Rocket, Comapare Sites, Backlink Fetcher, Top 1000 Searches, Future PageRank Prediction, Keyword Synonyms, Keyword Typos etc.

Now a days, it’s like a trend to make websites based on SEO tools, so to keep visitors coming, webmasters should offer some different or unique tools. However, in HowRank.com I’ve not found any unique tools but I must say most of them are useful tools. However, I would like to see a combination of different tools - like PageRank Checker, Alexa Rank Checker, Backlinks Checker in a same tool. It will save visitors time.

• HowRank.com looks clean and tidy - but I’ve like to see more color and images. However, Directory looks untidy and need more attension. Directory is showing all the entries in a single page - causing a huge scrolling. It could be divided into pages.
• Header image (icon) is tagged with H1 - I think all the headings of the page; like CPC Calculator, Keywork Rocket or their 1 line explanation should be tagged with H1 for SEO reasons.
• TITLE tags are not properly utilized.
• Colume headings are not aligned.
• All the pages have 4 social bookmarking links - I would prefer to see some bookmarking options; like Technorati, Propeller(new version is released few days back), facebook etc.
• At the end of left column, there is a Google Adsense ads block - I’m not sure if it is getting any click - a link block may be placed top of the page.
• At the bottom, it shows the number of indexed pages - 50k+ pages indexed for a new website is really great achievement. They should be proud.

Overall, HowRank.com need to change their design - current design is not impressive enough to keep the visitors visiting again and again as tools are not unique. More attension to directory - it could be a great source of revenue.
